隨著人類(lèi)對(duì)能源需求越來(lái)越大，對(duì)產(chǎn)品能效的管控和監(jiān)督也越來(lái)越透明。歐盟為了消費(fèi)者能夠查詢購(gòu)買(mǎi)產(chǎn)品的能效等級(jí)，建立了歐洲能源標(biāo)簽產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)EPREL (European Product Database for Energy Labelling)。對(duì)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)商來(lái)說(shuō)，這意味著產(chǎn)品在進(jìn)入歐盟之前，又有了新的要求—需要在EPREL系統(tǒng)中注冊(cè)產(chǎn)品的能效信息。詳細(xì)信息如下：

EPREL登記的時(shí)間節(jié)點(diǎn)：
1. 在2019-01-01之后，產(chǎn)品進(jìn)入歐盟市場(chǎng)之前，供應(yīng)商（制造商，進(jìn)口商或其授權(quán)代表）需要在EPREL系統(tǒng)做登記。
As of 1 January 2019, suppliers (manufacturers, importers or authorized representatives) need to register their appliances, which require an energy label in the European Product Database for Energy Labelling (EPREL), before selling them on the European market.

2.  在2017-08-01至2019-01-01期間進(jìn)入歐盟市場(chǎng)的產(chǎn)品，需要在2019-07-01之前完成EPREL系統(tǒng)登記。
For products placed on the EU market between 1 August 2017 and 1 January 2019, their registration can be done until 1 July 2019.

3.  在2017-08-01之前進(jìn)入歐盟的產(chǎn)品，可以選擇自愿性登記。
For products placed on the EU market before 1 August 2017, their registration is made on a voluntary basis.

需要注冊(cè)的產(chǎn)品范圍如下：
目前來(lái)講，并不是所有進(jìn)入歐盟市場(chǎng)有能效標(biāo)簽要求的產(chǎn)品都需要注冊(cè)。但是后期控管注冊(cè)產(chǎn)品的范圍會(huì)越來(lái)越廣。目前需要在EPREL系統(tǒng)中注冊(cè)的產(chǎn)品如下（14大類(lèi)）：

從2019年第2季度開(kāi)始，消費(fèi)者可以通過(guò)EPREL數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)查詢到產(chǎn)品能效標(biāo)簽和信息。
